Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Full-priced items may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt for full credit. After 2 weeks, store credit will be issued or an even exchange can be made with a receipt. All sales are final after 30 days. All sale items are a final sale.
If you do not have your receipt, store credit may be issued. If the item has been marked down and the customer does not have a receipt, then the lowest price will be applied to the store credit. All special-order sales are final.
Damaged items: Damaged items bought from the store with a 10 percent discount are considered final sales. Items damaged after they leave the store are not returnable. However, there may be exceptions to the rule on a case-by-case basis. Customer service is our number one priority and we will work with you to reach a solution that satisfies everyone.
Damaged items with warranties should be sent to the manufacturer.
